Center for Undergraduate Research

Every spring, UMaine graduate and undergraduate students present their research in academic-conference-style events. On April 27th in 2016 over 500 UMaine students presented their research at the first joint graduate and undergraduate UMaine Student Symposium. The joint research + creative achievement symposium offered UMaine students opportunities to engage in direct dialogue with people in Maine communities, including those benefiting from the research. This year the event will be held on April 24th, 2017 at the Cross Insurance Center in Bangor Maine.
